We currently offer an array of options to connect with smaller groups for study, conversation, and the building of community. Among those options are the following:
- We have two different book discussion groups, which gather on alternate Wednesday mornings in local restaurants for an early morning breakfast and some great discussion.
- We have a number of home-based study and conversation groups, each of which sets its own schedule and agenda.
- We offer something we call our “Emotional Wellness Network,” which meets monthly to provide support and connection opportunities for those facing mental/emotional challenges, as well as for those who have friends or family members who are facing such challenges.
- We have an artist network that offers opportunities for artists and makers in our community to gather to share their work and offer support and feedback to one another. You do not have to be a full-time working artist to come. To RSVP or get a bit more information, please contact Samantha Peters at firstname.lastname@example.org or join the Facebook group “saint ben’s Artist Network.”Next dates: October 14, November 4, December 2 at 7pm.
Several times a year we also have what we call “Living Room Liturgies,” which include a simple house communion and a time for the sharing of food, drink, and good company. Our next Living Room Liturgy takes place on Friday November 3 to mark the Feast of All Saints’.
For more information on any of these opportunities, simply contact us and we’ll make the connections for you.
