In late November we posted a sample of a new setting for the sanctus and benedictus (“Holy, holy, holy Lord”) written by Mike Koop, and thought it was time to offer another sample or two from Mike’s liturgical music. This time it is a combined kyrie and trisagion, which was offered both at the beginning of the liturgy and as part of our communion music this past Sunday night. As is our pattern for music at communion, it is sung in a repeated and meditative style, so just settle back and let yourself pray with the music for a few minutes
