Holy Week at saint ben’s
With Holy Week beginning with our Palm Sunday liturgy, we want to share all of the information about the services.
Sunday, April 13 - Palm Sunday, 7pm - Join us for a Palm Sunday liturgy. Christen Rachul's Stations of the Cross Pottery will be set up in the Choir Loft for silent contemplation after the service.
Tuesday, April 15 - Stations of the Cross, 6:30 pm-7:45 pm - Stop by anytime to walk the Stations of the Cross with a small group. This year, we will also feature Christen Rachul's Stations of the Cross Pottery series, which she recently completed as part of her 2024 Artist in Residence Project.
Wednesday, April 16 - Lenten Series Conclusion, BCP Eucharist, 7pm - Our series Creation & Hope in the Wilderness wraps up with a traditional Eucharist service from the Book of Common Prayer led by the Rev. Andrew Colman and an Art Show.
Thursday, April 17 - Maundy Thursday with All Saints, 6pm - Join us at 6pm for fellowship and food with All Saints, followed by a joint liturgy, complete with foot washing ceremony. *Those interested in bringing food to accompany soup (no salad please) if you can email us so we have an idea of quantity, that would be great!*
Friday, April 18 - Good Friday, 4pm - We will gather for a saint benedict’s table Good Friday service with music set by Mark Holmes À Court. Click here to see the service.
Saturday, April 19 - Easter Eve, 7pm - Living Room Liturgy, space still available. Email Ruth if you are interested in attending this service.
Sunday, April 20 - Easter Day, 7pm* - Liturgy of the Resurrection.
*the 4pm Family-Friendly service is postponed to Sunday April 27th, location TBA.
