Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove on “God's Economy”

This podcast draws on audio from our archives, going back to Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove’s four day visit with our community in November 2009.

At the time Jonathan’s book, God’s Economy: Redefining the Health and Wealth Gospel, had recently been published, so he was quite delighted to share his thoughts on money and how Christians might want to think about it. A crowd of over 100 people crammed into the performance space at the late-lamented Aqua Books, which at the time was one of Winnipeg’s most interesting and lively cultural spaces.

Among his many books, Jonathan is co-author, with Reverend Dr. William Barber II, of The Third Reconstruction: Moral Mondays, Fusion Politics, and the Rise of a New Justice Movement.
